Our factory occupies 4000 square meters manufacturing facility. State-of-art equipments include 9 sets of fully-automatic and 6 set of semi-automatic machines, 3 set of large scale pugging equipment and internal mixer. We have an independent laboratory consists of rotorless rheometer, electronic universal tensile strength tester, aging tester, densimeter, analytical balance and video measuring equipment etc; With in-house laboratory, we are able to assist customers to inspect and control the required characteristics of raw materials including vulcanization, strength, elongation, tear, aging, oil resistant, deformation and size etc.

Our primary clients are mainly in North America and Japan. After long time accumulation of exporting experience, our products are capable of meeting ASTM D2000 (USA), SAEJ200, JIS-K (Japan), MIL-STD (USA Military). Furthermore, in field of O ring, our factory met AS-568 (USA) and JIS-B2401 (Japan) standard. Also our products comply with ROHS, FDA and UL guidelines.

The characteristics of our products apply to: Shock reduction, high and low pressure resistance, oil resistance, acid and alkaline resistance, chemicals resistance, high and low temperature resistance, electric conduction, insulation, non halogen fire retardant, anti-ultraviolet rays (UV), as well as steam resistance.
